to the Pearson 385 Owners site. The Pearson 385 center cockpit sailboat was built from 1984 to around 1986 and approximately forty were built. Pearson called them in their advertisements “Space ships” due to all the interior volume and spacious accommodations. Sloop rig, large center cockpit with excellent visibility, wide side decks, five large Bomar hatches on the deck and 13 opening ports for great ventilation. Two cabins, large v-berth forward with head/sink, aft owners cabin with athwartship berth and head with stall shower. Salon with large table to seat six. Galley with three burner propane stove & oven. Large icebox. Engine room access is excellent many with 44HP Yanmar (or Perkins) diesels.
